Can we hold a small fixation gathering at Terrabithia?
Enquire with your date and guest count so we can discuss a suitable lawn setup. The property hosts events of up to 500 guests, but the seating, dining area, and weather arrangements for your particular gathering need to be agreed in advance.
Does a fixation ceremony have to include a ring exchange?
We do not assume a ring exchange or any particular ritual. Families use the terms fixation and engagement differently. Share your preferred programme with both families and your vendors so the setup reflects what you want to include.
Can we bring our own caterer and decorator?
Yes. You can bring your own caterer and decorator, or ask the team about vendor contacts. Confirm furniture, food service, decor, lighting, setup access, and cleanup responsibilities in your booking arrangements.
What if it rains on the day?
Terrabithia is an outdoor venue. Discuss a suitable cover or contingency plan before booking and confirm who arranges it, the additional cost, and the decision deadline. Do not assume an indoor hall is included.
Is there parking and a place for the family to get ready?
The property has parking for approximately 60 cars and a farm cabin. Confirm cabin access, occupancy, and timings for your booking, and discuss the walking route and drop-off arrangements for any guests who need assistance.
